Mr. Provost spent twenty-two years with General Motors. Began as supervisor of skilled trades on several projects then advanced to Project Manager, managing projects ranging from $500,000 to $325,000,000. Controlled financial, project approval, developed bid proposals, schedules, awards, management of all contractors and implementation of entire project on site, including start-ups. Ten years with Owens Illinois Co. performing electrical and millwright work on Industrial projects. Joined Hand Construction in 2001.
His duties include controlling financial benchmarks, project approval, developing bid proposals, managing schedules, awarding submittals, management and oversight of all contractors, and onsite project implementation, including start-ups.
